The living room features comfortable, overstuffed furniture and a large TV with DVD and VHS

players and over 100 movies to choose from.

This well stocked large kitchen features plenty of space to prepare a feast.

The dining area is open and sunny. There is counter seating plus extra seating and 2 highchairs if needed.

The Gameroom/Den has several board games and card games plus many, many books to choose from.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with TV and a master bath attached with

walk-in dual-headed shower and a jacuzzi tub seen below.

There are 3 full bathrooms in all, including the one below which is set off on the

opposite side of the house along with a queen size bedroom to allow for more

privacy when vacationing with friends.

The last full bath is located off of the hallway leading back to 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

Above is a bedroom that sleeps 3 with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bunk on the top. Below is the same bedroom but a different view, showing the TV area with a Nintendo gamecube for rainy days or down time.

The 4th bedroom has a twin- size bed with a twin-size trundle to pull out underneath if you need the extra bed.

Check the weather or the view from the rooftop deck.

The ocean is 2 blocks straight East with the Avon fishing pier about 1/8 of a mile South.

After the beach, rinse off in the outside hot & cold shower.
